Process chains based on thermo-electrochemical reactions for production of metallic micro components

The objective of the subproject T5 was to transfer the knowledge of the laser chemical machining, which was acquired within the SFB 747, into an industrially usable prototype system. The research work focused on the identification, characterization and adaptation of the required reactive media for an operation under industry standard measures. The acquired findings were then benchmarked and were also available for the SFB.
